Webcasting

As with most of the modern world, court reporters have found a niche on the internet.  Here, the reporter provides real-time services for various aspects of business such as sales meetings, product rollouts, and press conferences.  The reporter transcribes what each participant is saying and the text is shared, via the internet, with other participants who may be across the globe.  For many companies the minutes of a meeting must be preserved, and there is no more reliable source of record-keeping than a trained reporter.
