A.Since the course is self-paced, it depends on the individual. After the first 6 months, students will be able to write 60 to 80 wpm. With continuing practice the average student will achieve 225 wpm in 2 ½ years. Just like learning a foreign language or playing a musical instrument, the key to proficiency is practice.
